ISSUED BY GAMES CREST
Last updated 4 November 2026
Introduction
Games Crest provides this notice for its studio website, portfolio and project inquiry service. The notice describes information handled through this site. Individual games and third-party services may provide separate notices for their own features.
Information we collect
When you send a project brief, we receive your name, email, requested service, target platform and description. You may also share your studio name, project stage, budget and timeline. A submission includes its receipt time. Our host may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site.
Why we use information
We use inquiry details to understand a proposed project, reply to questions and discuss potential work. If a project proceeds, the information may support the resulting business relationship. Include only information needed for the inquiry.
Cookies and analytics
This site currently has analytics and advertising tracking disabled. Form functionality does not require a marketing subscription. External sites can set their own cookies when you visit them.
Service providers
Hosting and communication providers can process information while operating the site and delivering inquiries. Depending on deployment configuration, briefs are delivered through an email provider or saved in a private server inbox. We do not publish inquiry contents.
Automated processing
The form automatically checks required fields, limits request size and applies basic abuse protection. It does not make decisions about whether Games Crest will accept a project.
Project communications
Submitting a brief permits a reply about that inquiry. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Any future marketing service will explain its choices before collecting a subscription.
Your information and choices
Use the contact form to ask about a previous inquiry, correct its details or request deletion. We may need information to identify the record and confirm the requester. Rights and available responses depend on applicable law and the circumstances.
Retention
We keep inquiry information while it is needed to discuss the request, administer agreed work or meet applicable obligations. Records should be reviewed when their purpose ends. Ask the studio about a particular inquiry if you need a more specific retention answer.
Children
The project inquiry service is intended for business and development discussions. Please avoid sharing information about children. If such information is submitted inadvertently, contact the studio so it can be reviewed.
Security
Inquiry contents are handled through private storage or configured delivery services. No website can promise complete security. Do not send passwords, private access tokens or sensitive personal documents through the form.
International services
Games Crest works remotely and its host or communication provider may process requests in other countries. The deployed provider and its configuration determine where that processing takes place.
Regional privacy requests
If local privacy law gives you a right to access, correction, deletion or objection, explain your request and the relevant inquiry through the contact form. This notice does not assert that every regional law applies to every visitor.
Contact and updates
Send privacy questions through the studio contact form. This notice is updated when site practices change. Last updated 4 November 2026.
